My loss is your gain. From the looks of it they seem to have repaired most - if not all of the damage. I had a hobby store replace and fix the damage and it should run like new (have not tested it yet)! You are buying AS-IS. There has been 1 recorded crash where the propellers snapped. This helicopter has 1 hour of flight time and has been taken out of the box and is used. The time now is 03:26 AM.I am selling an Esky Belt CP V2 (3D) Electric RC Helicopter. It took me a just over a year or two Xmas and birthdays presents to get my dream heliĪll times are GMT -8. If you can afford it you would be better of selling your CP-V2 and buy a new heli and make it up with the parts you want, a dream heli, or buy a RTF like copterx black angle RTF and up grade the parts when you can aford, If you bought a trex and used your CP-V2 parts you would end up spending loads on up grading the servos/motor/ESC/giro/battery's, maybe not strait away but your servos will suffer in a crash and as you get better at flying your want more power from your heli, There are lot's of good reasons to get a better heli, to start with they take a knock better and can cost less to rebuild after a crash than a cheaper heli, I know how mad that sounds but that's how it worked out for me, the cheap heli I had took more parts to fix and one part was always needed,Īnd as the nicer heli was better to fly I crashed it less, Yep, 400 is about right for that power, 400 tend to be the cheaper end of heli's, thing is I thought you want a better heli than the CP-V2, No one wants to spend more money than they have to but it wasn't till I found the more expensive RC stuff that changed flying for me, there is good reasons why futaba etc are still trading, People get hung up on the air frame and forget it's just one link in the chain that makes your heli work, The thing is that your moving up to a trex which has less limits than your cp-v2 and will do all you want but it has to have good parts to get the most from it, it's like buying a sports car and fitting a small mini motor to it, yes it will move but if that's all you want why you would buy a sports car, If you want to just hover what you have should work but if you want to do more I'd spend a few $ and buy a new esc+motor, if you want to save money then fit up what you have and see how hot esc+motor gets, The heli's I'm flying now are copterx black angels which is a 450 size, I use a 40 amp esc and the next size up in motors, a scorpion 2221=8, now what limits the power is the battery's, Sorry I got the size wrong it's just when I looked at a cp-v2 it had a 1800mah battery and a 25amp esc, that speck was the same as my walkera 60 and that was a 400 size,
